Cycle suggestions

I've currently been on 400 test cyp for about 16 weeks this is my very first cycle and I plan on adding a couple other things for my second cycle. But my question is should I lower my test for a certain amount of weeks before starting second cycle to keep health in check or would I be ok to just head into it. I'm currently not in a financial spot to Afford blood work. And does anyone have any suggestions on what I should add in I was thinking mast but seems kinda hard to find right now and maybe some eq just seems like safe options

P.s. does anyone have any reliable suppliers

I would say, if you can't afford bloodwork, you can't afford to run a cycle. Can your parents lend you some money?

Because I can't afford both
I have some advice. Gear is the cheaper part of the equation imo.
A big part of ur budget should be allocated to bloodwork/cycle support. If you can't. Don't do it.

These aren't compounds to play with without the necessary precautions and finances.

So if I need to be completely transparent I'm currently 6 months sober living in a sober living house. I'm a shift manager at a restaurant so I don't make a massive amount of money I just bought a truck that I'm paying 1,000 a month for ( bad deal I know ) so between rent and my truck payment I have very little funds my current sponsor turned me into gear and the gym and it has done more for my self esteem and mental health than working any program ever has. I have two more months worth of truck payments and I'll have a lot more money to work with but as for now test is cheap and to be completely honest I wouldn't even know how to go about getting my blood work done or the costs. Please don't gear shame me just looking for honest advice

Everyone will provide solution or opinions that are safe and won’t jeopardize ur health, after all this is a harm reduction forum.

My honest take here is simple:
If you can’t afford to know what your body’s doing, you can’t afford to change what your body’s doing.

I’d lower the Test to a cruise level for a few months then Test, EQ, NPP and some Tren if you are experienced.

That’s my current blast but I’m running Tren Hex this time. Hoping it’s a little more sleep friendly than Ace or Enanthate. Probably not but I girl can dream can’t she?

Congrats on your turn around. I know it's been a lot of hard work.

Why do you feel you need to change anything about your cycle? Have you stopped growing after ensuring your training and recovery are on point? Have you tried increasing your caloric intake? Or are you just being impatient? You don't have to answer me but be honest with yourself. 400 mg is not insignificant for a first cycle. 16 weeks in, I doubt you have pulled all possible levers.

If money is such a constraining factor that you can't afford a window into your health then you should be considering safer alternatives to "moar gearz boi yolo".

Congrats on your sobriety. Continue to make good choices.

So you make very valid points. If I'm being honest if I just adjusted my diet I would probably get the results I'm looking for. So I can into recovery at a very sickly 130 lbs my average sober weight is about 150 but with gear and the gym I've gotten up to 175 but I've been stuck here for a little over a month and just can't seem to get any bigger but I honestly haven't tried really bulking. I guess it was just my amateur mindset more gear more gains. So thank you for the advice

I know the feels, I spent a year at a sober living. If anything stick with test only. If you can afford a bottle of test you can afford bloodwork. Look up fitomics, it’s cheap.

Idk the setup over there but I would be careful playing with needles at a sober living. A guy in my house got kicked out for using gear. Also, I’m not a big believer in “triggers” but some people may not be able to handle coming across something like that early in sobriety.

Congrats on turning your life around. If finances are a big concern why not just run TRT doses for now? Run a high TRT get training and diet dialed in you should still be able to put on some good weight and wait until finances are in a better spot to blast gear and dont skip on bloodwork and anciliaries?

Keep it up bro. I would also say, drop to trt so it’s less to spend on gear, lock the diet in and save with dietary choices— non processed food: rice potatoes, egg white, PB, whole egg for fat too, sweet potato, Greek yogurt, banana chicken In bulk. try some new things with programming and save up for some basic bloods. To be honest you should be able to make progress at that weight in 400mg, and get some progressive overload going— although not at a rapid rate— if you make sure your program and food is right.
