What’s up brothers of Meso!
I’m starting this log mainly for accountability and as a place to track my progress week by week. Posting here keeps me honest and gives me a clear picture of how far I’ve come.
I’ve been lifting on and off for the last 15 years. Between school and having kids young, there were stretches where I took close to a year off, but I always found my way back into the gym.
Here’s a shot of me natty around 26:

Over the last 2 years, I let myself go. Got into a new relationship, got comfortable, and didn’t prioritize training. On top of that, I felt terrible after workouts, libido tanked, and my mood was off for no clear reason. I thought it was depression at first and even tried meds, they helped a bit, but libido stayed an issue.
I ended up starting TRT in March, and almost instantly my libido came back and I had the energy to crush sessions again (probably some placebo at first). Here’s me before TRT:

And here’s me 8 weeks on 150mg test cyp per week:

In July, I bumped up to 250mg/week. Recently, I also linked up with a coach (won’t tag until he gives the green light). We started working together 9/5 and I’m grateful — he knows his stuff.
Here’s where I was at 9/1 when I sent my initial photos:



Calories, gear, and training all got adjusted, and this is where I’m at today (9/5):

Height: 5’8”
Weight: 196.4lb this am fasted(down from 200 9/1)
Body fat%: ~15% (guess)
Starting compounds as of 9/5
Test Cyp: 400mg/week
HGH: 4iu daily
Support supps/pharma:
Omega-3 Fish Oil: 6-7g EPA and DHA day
Vitamin D: 10000iu per day AM
Magnesium glycinate 400mg PM
CoQ10 (200mg) AM
Vitamin k2 (400 mcg) AM
Astragalus 4000mg AM NAC 1800-2000mg AM
Vitamin C (1000mg AM)
Glutamine 15g morning on empty stomach
Potassium 1000mg Post workout
Milk Thistle 2000mg PM
Berberine 500mg 3 times a day with meals
Pitavistatin 2mg PM
Cialis 5mg AM
Training split
Sunday: Legs quad focused
Monday: off
Tuesday: Shoulder/tris
Wednesday: Legs ham focused
Thursday: Back
Friday: Chest/bi
Saturday: Off
Cardio 5 times a week 15 minutes LISS
Macros:
Training days: 219P/391C/56F
Non training days: 220P/250C/60F

Plan is to update Sundays or Mondays with pics and any changes my coach makes.
