Cycle length before a competition

I'm curious to hear your thoughts and experiences on how long you ran your cycles up to a powerlifting meet. My last cycle was test-c and tren-e at very low doses for 10 weeks. I'm thinking of doing a 12 week cycle this time which would match up perfect with sheiko programming leading me right up to meet day.

I just don't want to crash and burn before my meet.
 
IMO you want to be peaking going into a meet, with cycle and training.

Gear won't make you crash and burn, overtraining will.

Also a lot of people run PEDs specific to meet day. Halo, Test suspension, tren suspension...

But Im just a junior member from Mexico City, Im sure some others will chime in. I dont know them, but from my lurking Im just figuring...

Has anyone ran tren ace and tren-e the first 3-4 weeks in order to not lose a month of training waiting for the tren-e to kick in?
 
Thats all personal on how sides effect you. As long as you dont feel shitty and your health is okay youre gold. And yes, you could run tren a until the ling esther kicks in. I usually use steroid calc.

Here is my personal experience. I am just about finished with this cycle. It was supposed to be a bulk. I did gain weight but not what I expected. I will lay my cycle out for you. It was a 20 week cycle.

Weeks 1-20 Test Cyp 2 grams/week with a 4000 gram front load week 1
Weeks 1-20 First Tren E 1 gram/week
Weeks 1-20 Deca 750mgs/week
Weeks 1-20 EQ 900mgs/week
Dbol 4-10 50mgs ED
Last 6 weeks DROL 100MGS/Day

This was my plan. I drop EQ around week 15 then switch to Tren E to Tren ace at 1 gram. After week 16 I dropped Tren all together. I gained 13 pounds all lean muscle but I could have gained 20-25 pounds if I wasn't using so much Tren. I believe at lower doses I could have gained more with tren. But tren just had me eating and burning it off fast. I only needed 3300 calories to gain weight. I was taking in 5500-6000 calories a day. I gained 13 pounds but tren just had mean lean still lean from. Strength is through the roof. I am now on Test 2 grams/week, Deca 300mgs/week.

I am two weeks away from my cycle ending. I started peaking around week 8-9. I should have stopped their with my cycle and done my mock meet. But I pushed it. When I dropped tren all together I was just feeling tired and lethargic. So I drop it.

Next time I will add tren ace to the last 6 weeks of my cycle and let it be a finisher to add some lean mass and give me the strength increase for my meet.

You won't get an answer to how long can you run tren e without running into problems. We all respond differently. You will have to run it and see how you respond. What I laid out is what I know is best for me and how it will work best for me in the future if I want to bulk with tren and run it into a meet prep.

When you add tren ace as the finisher do you stop pinning tren-e then?

I had issues with tren-e suppressing my appetite so I ended up using it to cut body fat and gain a little bit of strength. Still haven't tried ace yet but I might for my next cycle.

Yes I drop tren e when I use ace to finish. Tren e is still in my system by the time ace kicks in.

I like 12-16 weeks timed around when the meet is. Kickstart with something else and then run the tren ace like the last 6-8 leading into the meet to avoid the fatigue from running tren too long.

If I was to do 12 weeks of test and tren I'd run TPP and maybe anadrol the first four weeks, start the tren ace at week 7, then more drol the last 4 weeks. Halo and TNE on heavy days and meet day.

Weeks 1-12 1000mg/week of TPP
Weeks 1-4 50mg ED of anadrol
Weeks 7-12 100mg ED of tren ace
Weeks 9-12 100mg ED of anadrol

Something like that anyway. If not TPP cyp or enan, but definitely the drol kickstart in that case. Dosages whatever you're comfortable with, that's just what I would run. Dbol instead drol would be fine, too.
 
Any point of you using TPP instead of prop? I have wondered why do people choose phenylprop if the ester weight is more than prop, even cyp and enan?

I got TPP and NPP for my current cycle and things took longer than expected and I ended up just getting started with the cyp and drol instead. Everything is botched time and training wise for my next meet, so I'm just going high test cyp and drol and salvaging what I can to put a total on the board. Saving the TPP and NPP for my next meet when conditions will be better.

It was supposed to look something like this:

Weeks 1-6 TPP 1050mg/week
Weeks 1-6 NPP 500mg/week
Weeks 1-4 anadrol 50mg ED
Weeks 7-12 TPP 1400mg/week
Weeks 7-12 NPP 700mg/week
Weeks 7-12 tren ace 350mg/week
Weeks 9-12 anadrol 100mg ED
Weeks 1-12 HGH 2iu ED

Instead I'm just running a gram of cyp and starting the drol a month out of competition. Thought about adding the others, but felt it's a waste due to the training I've missed recently and I'm less than two months out right now.

I like the idea of using anadrol the first 4 weeks instead of using tren ace and saving that for the end of the cycle along with anadrol again.

I just drink plenty of water. Never heard anything good about liver support supplements.

A kick-start with an oral is good. But in my experience, iike to frontload my test then add the oral around week 2 or 3. By this time the test should be kicking in from the front load and you can get the oral and test making together. Liver supps, some will say they work others will say waste of money. I believe it is all subjective. You can give Tudca, Nac, Milk Thistle a try. Not all at once. Then get blood work and see how your liver enzyme levels are.
 
I have tried a few different liver supplements and I felt like they didn't do anything. However I didn't get mid cycle bloods either so I can't truly say one way or the other. However when I stopped the liver supplements I increased my water intake to about 2 gallons a day and I felt way better.

I will be getting my blood drawn within the next 2 weeks before my next cycle though. Something I regret not doing during my last cycle.

Front loading test is another good idea I will experiment with sooner or later.

You will not find any credible doctor who would advocate over the counter liver supps. Its just a money grab. Drink lots of water and monitor yourself.
