hey fellas never posted in here before but i was needin some advice about how i should structure my diet i have never cut before im 5'8 230 13-14% bf i am goin to be using prop tren masteron all dosed at 350mg a week
i know the eating 5-6 times a day and high protein low carbs lots of vegetables
does anyone have a sample that worked for them?
any supplements that are best for cutting... glutamine? maybe
any advice at all will thanks fellas
p.s. im doin this for a show coming up in may so i wanna get started by mid feb is that long enough
and as far as t3 or clen what do you all think?
