Do You Mean Dnp? If You Use It Be Careful And Do Your Research. I Used It And Couldn't Believe How Much It Made Me Sweat. I Had To Sit In Front Of My A/c All Day.

A lot of people wont use dnp, so if you try it use your head and do research. It's more effective then clen but can be dangerous if misused. If you get good results with t3 and clen stick with it IMO.

See told you dumb question! yes meant DNP! Still do'nt know what it is , But I think I'll  just use T3, Clen, Prop, and cutting diet

Good decision graybass. I'm guessing you're in your 40's and at that age, we don't need to be using products that can cause us serious harm. Now, if you're 25 and getting ready for the nationals, do whatever it takes.

As it's commonly known: DNP, is chemically known as: 2,4-dinitrophenol

MaxRep

P.S. Here's something I dug up regarding it's use and effects:

Hazard Summary
2,4-Dinitrophenol is used in the manufacture of dyes, wood preservatives, and as a pesticide. The acute (short-term) effects of 2,4-dinitrophenol in humans through oral exposure are nausea, vomiting, sweating, dizziness, headaches, and loss of weight. Chronic (long-term) oral exposure to 2,4-dinitrophenol in humans has resulted in the formation of cataracts and skin lesions, weight loss, and has caused effects on the bone marrow, central nervous system (CNS), and cardiovascular system. Limited or no information is available on the developmental, reproductive, or carcinogenic effects of 2,4-dinitrophenol in humans. EPA has not classified 2,4-dinitrophenol for carcinogenicity.

I have never used it myself but i have heard both good and bad things about it. But if you do decide to do it be careful.

i've used it with good results. however, even in the winter time, i was sweating like a sum-bitch!! i dont think i'll use it anymore.....but i might. my sides were extreme sweating(ever sweat while taking a cool shower??? ;) ) outside temp was 70...sitting in an air-conditioned basement in shorts while watching TV...and sweating like a mad man.

i didnt get any nausea, dizziness or headaches. but i was tired all the time. i was taking 400mg/ED. it was bearable, but not fun in the least bit. at 600mg for one day, it was waaay too uncomfortable. wont do that again.

definately try the cardio, diet, clen(T-3) first.

have a nice day

DNP can kill ya if you're not careful. friend of mine almost did, and he lost all his gains from cycles. dont mess with this stuff
