So im 17 had started doing a cycle but i have came to my senses from all the other members help so i stopped immediately.I Was wondering on diet advice.

I weigh around 157-158
According to the Weight scale machine im around 17-18% bf i think its pretty accurate.
I Have always been skinny fat but since lifting that has changed but i still hold alot of fat.

How do i approach cutting. I have started eating clean and eating 4 meals a day.
Meal 1: 2 Packets oatmeal and 250g egg whites cooked.
Meal 2: Rice and chicken Breast
Snack: Banana
Meal 3: Rice and chicken Breast
Snack: Protein shake
Meal 4 : Veggies and chicken
Snack : Orange

I Tried this for a few days but it feels so bland and so harsh. Is there a more friendly approach or meals to get cut with. Is there any one who can help with dieting or helping me with a meal plan? Looking like this just a little leaner and less muscle now from trying to "CUT".

Im 5ft 9 , Yeah i cook my own food since my mom is a vegiterian and wont touch meat.

Well atleast she doesn't push it on you, alot of parents force their children to be vegetarians like them. Well dude imo just stick to your basics, lots of meat and vegetables, and keep your carbs as good as you can, whole wheat stuff, brown rice, ssweet taters. Idk, I'm no expert on dieting but that's what I've been doing and it's working out decently. Watch some cooking videos online and stuff, knowing how to cook is cool, chicks dig it. Hell, if your mom is a vegetarian get here to show you how to make some simple vegetable dishes for aides to your meat. Check out ogh's food thread, lots of good ideas on there for meals.
