Cutting Cycle

Hey folks. I posted a new member intro and didn’t get any responses so I’m here to say what’s up and log my cut. Hopefully I can get some advice as well from you fine folks.

So I’m 37yo, 5’11” and currently 188lbs.

I’ve been on trt for the past 4 years. Earlier this year I decided to add anavar which I ran for 8 weeks at 50mg/day. I had great results with strength and was an excellent pre workout. I then experimented with primo and mast as well as running 500mg/week test. I hated trying to handle estrogens sides, it was either too high or too low with AIs. So anyways after getting frustrated with that I decided to stick to trt level test and non-aromatizing compounds.

So now I’m on a cut after gaining a bit of mass. I started my cut at 225lbs chubby. I decided to run these compounds:

1. Test @ 140mg/wk
2. Retatrutide @ 6mg/week
3. Tren @ 400mg/week

Tren is by far my favorite compound I’ve ever tried. Aside from some night sweats at the beginning and raised cholesterol I’ve had absolutely no side effects. I’ve since been on ezitimibe which had lowered my lipids. I’ve been able to keep nearly all my muscle mass. I’ve gone down from probably over 20% bodyfat to likely 16-17%. My abs are just barely popping through. (Let me know if you think that’s right from the photos)

My goal is to get down to 10% at which point I want to start gaining lean mass again.

My progress was extremely quick, I lost 35 lbs in about 2 months. The problem is now I’ve been stuck at 188lbs for weeks. I’m curious about what y’all think of adding hgh? If that might kickstart the fat loss again?

I have a similar story and stats actually. Testosterone,Reta and GH to start/during my ~30lb cut.

Got another few pounds to go roughly before 10%BF and I’m gonna add Tren after my Black Friday order lands.

I haven’t used GH to gain mass but been running it from 2iu-8iu a day for a while. In the first couple days I noticed I was sleeping great (I always slept horrible) and I was recovering from workouts/cardio faster.

Just those would be worth it for me to keep running something low like 2iu-4iu a day.

Did you ever run Reta without GH? If so what was the difference when you added it?

I haven’t actually, started with GH because of an injury I was trying to speed heal.

I don’t think GH really made me lose weight exactly, more so it gave me some slack when it came to calories/my cardio seemed to be more effective in burning calories if that makes sense.

Paired with Reta seems to be perfect though.
