So just planning out my next cycle but this will be my first cut. So with people here that actually do it and not some cum bag writing a blog about it, could you help. So how many kcals do you eat under deficit? I’ve seen people say 200, 500, 1000 and I don’t know which one, obviously will be trail and error but the closer from the start the better. And finally macro percents. I’ve seen the most common one 50% for protein, and 25/25 for carbs and fats. But I’ve seen people say that it’s wrong and not accurate. So what do you guys that have cut normally portion it as, thanks
 
Let me give you an easier way. Download fitness pal on your phone. Put your info in, and your goals. it will calculate your macros and Cals.
