Crystallized rHGH?

What's up y’all! I noticed this weird crystallization occurring at the top of my HGH vial. It's generic rHGH, filtered through a .45 and 0.2µm hydrophilic PES syringe filter. I've had it sitting at 36 degrees F for 9 days now. I noticed some crystallization a few days ago, so I refiltered it into a new vial and still used it for one more day. I was out of town the last two days and came back to it crystallized again. Decided to not use this vial and reconstitute some more this weekend. Hopefully, whatever I injected a few days ago was safe . Wondering what y’all think, physical aggregation, too cold and froze?

What you’re seeing is physical aggregation. 36F is too cold, edge of freezing. Cold induced protein precipitation. It's not likely dangerous but ineffective.

It’s mannitol crystallizing, not aggregation.

That vial wasn’t reconstituted with enough water.
