Cruise Bloodwork Review

This is my latest bloodwork 4 weeks after hopping off cycle. I’m doing 100 mg sustanon per week with injection on Thursday evening prescribed through my doctor. I then supplement with 100 mg Test E split into 2 injections Thursday morning and Sunday evening.
This blood work was done Tuesday morning.

I’m wondering if the test is high because of the mix of long acting ester in the sustanon and that the Test E injection on the Monday was probably peaking on Tuesday because previous to this cycle, I was just using my doctor prescribed sustanon and 100mg and my peaks only ever seemed to hover around 28nmol/l. Also my e2 says in range but I’m also not sleeping amazingly and maybe feel like I’ve got water retention (but I did also start taking 4 IUs of growth hormone per 4 weeks ago). Im going to take 6.25mg of aromasin with my breakfast this morning to see if I feel better in the next few days, and if that helps, the options I’m considering are
1) add in primo (probably start at 100mg per week, combined on the Test E injections)
2) drop the test to 150mg per week
**Note that I also started taking 150mg per week 2 weeks ago**

Another thing to note is I’m recovering from surgery on my leg so I’m unable to do any cardio except walking to and from the gym which is about 20 minutes each way.

Currently eating 2200 cals a day trying to cut but that’s stalled which is why I think water retention is happening.

Would love some insight into what people think of this bloodwork (injection schedule, baseline values, etc.) and best options to follow. I have another hormone panel test ready in case I need to redo the test in the near future, which any advice on timing of the test through the week would be great

The amount of T can easily be attributed to the amount of T and your dosing schedule
I doubt E2 is your issue. Not sleeping well can be from the amount of drugs your are taking and everything else that is going on in your life.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinks RE the schedule because I took the blood test on Tuesday morning when my last Test E injection (50mg was Sunday evening so that would have peaked around the time of the blood test.

I’m thinking sleep is an issue because pre surgery I was very active, and post surgery, I’m forced to very little cardio now

I’m just wondering between reducing the test to 150 mg per week or seeing if an AI helps me feel better, and if it does maybe using primo instead?
