Cross reactivity on blood test from Tren/Mast into DHT

Hey guys, just had a recent blood test done, currently on 200 Test 200 Mast 30 Tren, and I use dutasteride. My DHT always came back with only testosterone undetectable, this time came as 18, so I imagined it could be like Tren being detected as estrogen, but couldn't find anything using the search.
Does anyone know anything about it or had experience similar to mine?
