Critique me physique

How strong are you? 2 years of lifting you should be benching 225, squatting 315, deadlifting 405. Are you? If not I’d stop whatever you’re doing, lose weight and focus on that.

Good point and one thing that's diet is key to achieving that.

You are on a very very solid program so if your goal is to continue to build a base keep at it. But with that being said, @Wunderpus is right in that if you have been bulking for two years, tome to cut for a while and prime the body for your next bulking phase.

As far as adding mass, if that is your goal

Up the protein to a minimum of 1.5g per pound of bodyweight in whole foods, mostly from red meat. Add in 1 or 2 shakes on top of that.

Use carbs manipulation to control fat gains.

Remember in the end it's not about how much you take in, it's about how much you absorb.

What are your goals? Otherwise I'm just telling you what I think you need to work on without taking into consideration what you want out of your training.

Without knowing your goals I'll say your chest needs work imo as others have also said.
At 170lbs you're holding more fat than you should so bulking up should be off the menu in the future imo.
Your legs have nice mass to them.
Your biceps as well.
The most off body part is your chest so I'd give that specific attention to develop more.

John Meadows puts out some great templates on his site mountaindogdiet.com I'd say give it a gander. All around muscle development is what you need. good sleep hygiene and quality food. If your going to be using stuff make sure you get baseline bloodwork done and then take bloods mid and post cycle. It all happens at the kitchen table and in bed... good work on the pics!

I gotcha... I guess I was looking from my perspective as to what I would advise, and interpreting MW as advising similarly. I believe fat gain on a mass gaining phase should be controlled via diet, not with cardio... Obviously cardio for health reasons is different.

On another note, I do find some mild cardio helps keep my digestion going.... Nothing crazy, just dog walks etc.
Do you find that fasted walks in the am increase your appetite? Seems to do that to me.

Yea Stan erffering and some of the other guys are now recommending 10 min walks after eating. Mainly to help digestion. Seems Stan was really on to something with it.
