Criminality of hgh

Yesterday I had a debate with a friend over the legality of hgh without a prescription. I was under the impression that gh is in the same criminal level as AAS. Meaning LE would be just as ambitious in their pursuit of gh as they would be with steroids. Am I missing something here?

In 1990, distribution of “off label” distribution/prescription was declared felonious by Congress with the "Crime Control Act of 1990". It is a schedule III controlled substance (Drugs that possess a viable medical purpose but do carry with them the risk of dependency and physical damage but to a lesser extent than compared to Schedule II drugs).

As per the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA)...

...the distribution and possession, with the intent to distribute, of hGH "for any use…other than the treatment of a disease or other recognized medical condition, where such use has been authorized by the Secretary of Health and Human Services…and pursuant to the order of a physician…" was criminalized as a five-year felony

In 2004, the Anabolic Steroid Control Act expanded the list of controlled substances regulated by the US Federal Government to include naturally occurring precursors of testosterone, GH, and IGF-1.

This fuckin guy...we dont need ur smarty pants answers round here! We prefer coloring books and bro science!

Jus kiddin. Nice work!

If distribution or possession with intent to distribute is illegal... isn't possession legal then?

US might be different but in Canada that's three separate things: distribution, possession with intent to distribute, and just simple possession.

What law says possession is illegal?

Nutrobol mk677 is just as good as hgh there one step ahead of the game already, most people don't even know of it

Well
mk677 is only good as a LOW DOSE gh replacement (i.e mild cycles, anti-aging)
it doesn't compare to 10 IU pharma GH a day contest prep.

Don't get me wrong, MK677 (and GHRP-2 imo) are good cheap alternatives. mk677 being oral makes it convenient to use.
Not an all out mass builder
Just stating the obvious.

Both of these laws relate to distribution, not possession. In other words, these are not the laws/penalties for possessing growth hormone without any intent to distribute.

Where does HGH fall then? I know up in Canada possession of AAS/HGH is pretty much gonna cause you zero issues. I can't remember if it's just totally legal or grey area to posses personal amounts. I'm sure that changes if they walk in on 10,000 vials but even then steroids that aren't mixed with rec drugs as most labs that get busted up here are carry very mild charges in Canada.

Your neighbor to the south has a dual tiered criminal system. Something may be legal on the federal level and a felony on the state level. We have 50 states, so it would be a huge task to answer that question as it relates to your neighbor to the south.

Generally speaking, the odds of getting caught with these things are low, but the penalties can be quite high. AAS possession is a felony in many states. I even know a guy who went to prison for several years over a small amount. In other states, it is a misdemeanor. On the federal level, AAS is typically a misdemeanor, but they try to tag you with "intent to distribute" or sentencing enhancements based on the amount, with the quantities having been set for other drugs, like cocaine. Obviously, 1000 doses of cocaine is a lot. 1000 5mg dianabol pills is barely enough for personal use, but the government prosecutors do not care about fairness. They just want to get you. If you are in a state where possession is a felony, they will frequently try to turn it over to locals, who get all excited to go after you on serious felony charges with a case just handed to them.

HGH may not be a crime on the federal level at all, unless they can show you are dispensing it, but it is frequently a crime on the state level, so all of the comments above still apply.

Jesus thats fucking ridiculous. UK has it right too just straight up legal afaik for personal use. Canada is grey area don't get caught buying it, or selling it but if it's just there....you're fine. Even getting caught buying it no judge or anyone would waste their damn time on anything even borderline personal even if it was quite a bit.

Meanwhile Sweden can yank you out of a gym for blood test if you look too jacked.

They won't be hosting the Mr. Olympia anytime soon.

Jay Cutler cancelled his travel plans there.

Tornros was said to be enjoying a peaceful dinner when his waitress became alarmed by his massive size, particularly his large forearms.

Police were called, an undercover officer dispatched and laid in wait at the restroom until he could make his move. When Tornros went to use the bathroom, the undercover cop somehow managed to get a urine sample, return to the station to test its content which showed a slightly above average testosterone content. Based on that the police arrested Tornros!

How much test must one inject to get the blood levels that high? It was lower than Dallas McCarver's autopsy report, but other than that it is the highest I have ever seen.
