About half an hour after consuming creatine I get a horrible stomache ache for about an hour and a half every time. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Bob Smith said:Dolfe, is your creatine just regular monohydrate or micronized or what? If its just regular, try a high-quality micronized creatine like that from John Scott's Nitro.
Someone else asked about creatine a couple weeks ago. I said that I really liked one of the products from Nitro. Not only did John Scott himself email me, but he was very helpful and provided a level of customer service I have never, ever had with a supplement company (and rarely experienced with a company of any kind). I highly recommend his product line. His website is www.jsnitro.com
