creatine sides?

Glad to answer anything, Reiny, especially since I'm getting near to 1000 posts.:rolleyes:

Doesn't bother me much at all since I mostly run on automatic pilot at the time. An IM inject might, but sub-q is so easy and fast. I set things up before going to bed – alcohol, swab, right next to the fridge where the loaded syringe is stored. As a man in his autumn years (hey, autumn's a nice season:cool:), I get up to piss two or three times a night anyway. What's interesting, though, izzat I almost always awake around 4 a.m. fairly alert: It's azzo the body is really wanting that GH shot. (Missed it entirely last night, however, and was glad to do so: rambunctious guest cutting way into my beauty sleep time:o.)

You're only 20 eh? Yeah, I noted that, but you're obviously an intelligent guy who knows what he's doing and often gives good advice to newbies. You may yet be in store for a surprising growth spurt & could broaden out significantly. Just pace yourself and you should have a long, active, and interesting physical life. And keep reading a book now & then, eh?;)

this reminds me of the mad animal lust and the wet dreams the tz6 (trib-zma-6-oxo) stack usually gives me. :p

IM injections have to be more annoying that Sub Q but you previously mentioned shooting GH intravenously. What's the thing about it? I've never heard or read about this method before.

PS:Thanks so much for your kind words! Words from intelligent people of your like are always welcome and I can happily ensure you that i read as much as i can since i am an active musician and i am also studying computer science. ;) There are times though i might read something that my brain isn't going to accept and keep. Not necessarily something dull or out of interest. Am I weird or is this normal? :p

the arginine/orninthine along with some creatine works fantastic for the record ... i used to buy it instead of NoXplode ... becuase NO in Canada costs a lot more than the states ... Arginine only costs me a fraction -

take it 45minutes before a workout and with your protein shake after ... honestly this substance is underrated ... it along with creatine are probably the only things in my opinion that come even remotely close to hormonal/steroidal results ... combined with a good diet there the best damn supps ive ever used
 
i have found with creatine for me it where you get it ,i wont get into brand names but i use mono hyd. and i can tell my workouts are easier when im taking creatine,i use 15g a day with plenty of water,and also some people dont like to use sugar,but if i use a juice or soda when taking it helps with absorption,i still get cramps every now and then but if not from that it would be from something else.
