Creatine non-responders?

I honestly think I'm a creatine nonresponder. I don't feel or see anything from taking it, even in dosages of 10g a day. No increase in strength, no increase in endurance, nothing. Literally the only OTC "drug" I feel works on me is caffine, which I get with my cup of coffee in the am pre workout.

I still take my intra workout of Creatine, Glutamine, and EAAs, (because I have a fuck ton left) but I don't notice anything from this either, in regards to speedy recovery, and all the other claims intra is supposed to help with.

I read somewhere that non-responders should still take creatine for the other benefits of mental clarity and whatever else, but I don't notice anything of that either.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I think once I'm out of intra powders, I'm not going to bother again; the gear I'm on always is noticeable.

i still remember the first time i ever took it. i got a burst of energy that has never been repeated even after years of not using it. Maybe it was placebo effect?

i'm in the responder group though. 10 lbs heavier and no water logged look. i really can't ask for much more.

I remember in highschool, creatine was a big deal, even "warned" against its use lol. I was taking Cell Tech back then, and noticed nothing but sugar high. Meanwhile, everyone else was getting stronger...

Yeah, creatine non-responders exist, usually in those with already near-maximal or maximal creatine phosphate stores.
I wouldn't consider myself someone maxed out on creatine naturally, but that's cool if it's the case lol.

Man i have been taking creatine for 7 or 8 years straight,i cant even tell what benefits it had lol. I just remember that it hydrated my muscles which made me look a little fuller and it gave me some extra strength when i was hitting the last 1-2 reps.

well that sounds about right, though...10% increase in strength and more intermuscular water.

Me too. I just obsessively take 10 grams a day. Been doing it for years. I think it does increase strength although it's nothing like EQ.

I get nothing out of it. No feels, no bloat, no endurance. Nothing.

A lot of supplements and over the counter drugs don’t do anything for me. I don’t even waste time and money on pain relievers like Alieve or Tylenol.
Even my TRT dose is stupid high to get the same numbers as everyone else. 200mg of cyp split twice weekly keeps me around a 500 total with an almost low free T . Shit annoying. My body hates me

When I started taking creatine, I immediately felt as if I had become stronger. The feeling that a little more water in the muscles has become energy. Yes, I feel it, or I want to believe in it. Dose 5-10 grams.

that's fucking horrible...200mg of Rx Cyp put me at 1500.

Sometimes I think it really does work and other times I feel like it doesn't, hard to say. I would probably say more than not it does. I've always found it goes extremely well with Dbol and Tren - The extra ATP it generates seem to aid the adrenal system and with the tren someone affecting the productivity of the thyroid then the creatine offsets it. It pairs well with the Dbol as you get the huge water and glucose retention from both of them - resulting in a lot of extra power and strength and increased leverage. This works very very well in deadlifts I find too and gives huge CNS stimulation compared to not having them both in your system. At the end of the day its been proven time and time again to help strength. The HUGE downside is the sudden runny shits it produces, which are a bugger when you are out of the house and one of them catches you off gaurd when you think its just a fart wanting to escape LMFAO
