Crazy testosterone reading over 4,000 on .4 cc test cypionate-mystery solved

I ran out of regular syringes, so for 2 weeks I injected .2cc test cypionate into my left bicep with an insulin syringe. My doctor and I thought the 4,000 reading must be a mistake until he asked how I injected. He realized that I injected into the same arm where they drew the blood. It had been three days since the last injection.
I guess what must happen is that minuscule amounts of test are continuously released and probably don't stay in the body for long or the concentrations would be more equalized. I think I have read that injecting into a particular muscle would not make a difference in development, but wouldn't a very high local concentration have that affect?

Actually, he is a very good doctor, but a GP. He tells me that the free test (or maybe it was the bioavailable) is a separate test and that was shy high as well so it does not sound like an bad test result as first thought. Can someone shed some light on this

Boss- But the vein is taking away blood that has passed through the nearby muscle and become infused with higher levels of testosterone than if the injection had been elsewhere.

Can someone please elaborate on their answer to educate me. Thanks
"...Muscles are very vascular structures, and IM absorption occurs by drug diffusion from interstitial fluid and capillary membranes into plasma, ...."
in other words, the injected substance doesn't see a nearby vein and just jump on in. Besides, once the medication enters the blood stream it's moving very quickly....it doesn't stick around the area where it was absorbed.
Also you said you injected .4cc which is meaningless without knowing the concentration of the medication.

I said test cypionate which in my experience has always been 200 mg/ml. 'so a normal replacement dose. I guess all you guys are saying that the two tests results must have been wrong

You said in the title '4000 on .4cc' and then you said "for 2 weeks I injected .2cc " so is that .2cc a week for 2 weeks straight for a total of .4cc or was one a typo and it's .4cc a week? Regardless, .2cc of 200mg/ml would only be 40mg and .4cc would be 80mg so depending on what you meant you only injected either 80mg over a 2 week period (40mg/wk) or 160mg over a 2 week period (80mg/wk). It would take most people 600-700mg/wk to reach a level of 4000 ng/dl so you can do the math.
