Well time has not been on my side lately, and been busy FD. Also getting ready for a possible deployment to fight the wildfires.

Looks like I got a relief crew coming out to relieve us, keeping the shifts to 7 days. So that means home tomorrow. However the fire I am on is big, and continuing to get bigger so may mean another deployment yet just dont know when or if. Be nice to get home and have a shower, and back to lifting.
 
Got home yesterday morning. Had a crazy fight Thursday with Rank 5 wildfire until about 10pm, then crew change and we drove through the night to get home. Had to help a buddy move and finally got some sleep last night. Today finish helping him move, get groceries, prep food for next week and hope to be back at off season tomorrow and see if lost much over the last week.

Thinking I wont see a redeployment as we should have enough available crew that have not deployed to go but who knows lol..

What to say been a rough and busy month. Didnt do what I wanted or was supposed to do in the gym.

I Was talking with Perrin and realized that I have 3 weeks left of off season, 2 weeks before I start my blast and 4 weeks before I start my 10 week prep.

Not sure exactly were my motivation went. Assume lack of urgency, deployment, life issues, work issues all played a roll.

Now with a time crunch I am feeling more motivated. This week still wont be much just getting ready for the last 3 week block. Today just gonna bench and work up to 2-3 rep numbers and see how it is feeling. Tomorrow going to just pull some heavy singles get cns ready for next week which is my DL peak to get my starting number for prep.

Came a cross this looking for my mojo and liked it.....

Yeah it's tough but doesn't look like lost much. Have been able to maintain most of my strength albeit not consistently. Tomorrow be interesting, going to pull sumo singles and see how close I can get to 500. Never pulled 500 conventional or sumo so we will see.
