Really felt glutes on low bar. Bicep tendon a little aggravated but not bad. Grip width was about thumb on inner ring. 315x3 got a slight tweak in knee but nothing concerning yet

Did you use the wrist wraps and how are you wrapping?

I did but not sure how to answer the 2nd half.... they were tight enough I couldnt wear them between sets. I took some video let me see what they show on the wraps, mu set up, bar and grip placement as well as technique
 
^^^ me either. Makes sense when you watch it. But we'll see how it feels when one does it. The knees I never did before but I am now lol
 
Sbd knee sleeves are top of the list imo, Yellow jackets from Titan Elite FTS has some good ones too. You’re probably limited since you’re in snow Mexico. I think Sbd has a Canadian distribution site

and the prices arent TERRIBLE either
Maybe 10usd total more for the sleeves than if you bought them in the U.S.

While we are on the topic
How often do you guys squat with wraps?

I dont do it often, I prefer sleeves for the average session and wraps for the occasional CNS training and big numbers
 
My last 2 meet preps I only used wraps during the actual 7-8 prep period. This go around I’m going to do more in the wraps and practice the technique. Especially since I’m switching wraps. They plan on wrapping me the last 4-5 weeks leading into the meet.
