I like it lol, should be over 220 now so whats a couple more lolI'm a complete fatass, so maybe don't take my nutritional advice. But a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese, taco chips with cheese dip, and a pint of Ben and Jerry's always makes me feel pretty strong the next day. Lol. Basically a whole days worth of calories in one meal.

300x fail pretty sure I had it but spot was a little overzealous and helped....
300xfail second attempt legit didnt have it
Well a 30 lb increase on my bench in 4 weeks is awesome... In my mind I would have gotten the 300 on the 1st attempt.
