Just not alot of selection where I live. Short of ordering online. Dont have a CC sonwould have to pick up a prepaid one. I do like your thought on 3 belts. I haven't benched in a belt but have seen guys do it.

I want a bench belt eventually, just haven't pulled the trigger on one yet.

I kinda wish I would have watched it before I bought the Inzer. Its a decent belt, it hasnt done me wrong yet. I looked back at the order info, I paid 102.00 shipped. The Inzer tends to cut into my hip flexors when I really crank it down on squats.
I'll probably get a Pioneer before too long, its been on my list. Although the SDB lever looks like anything and everything any powerlifter would ever want in a belt its just too damn much.

Good video not wanting the Mark Bell one now. Liking the Pioneer belts, of course I live in Canada so shipping from out of country although Rogue Canada has a Pioneer belt.

Well I got a 300 CAD refund coming to me in a couple weeks. Told the wife it's for lifting gear. I am going to get the XL STrong elbow sleeves week of the 11th when they come in. Then with the refund coming I want to get what I can so a decent belt, and a slingshot (while I got extra cash). So may just buy a prepaid card when it comes in and buy online. Gives me some time to pick. The KLA belts dont look bad and decent price.
 
Week 1 went well, learned alot. I still have alot to learn and grow in PL.
Weight is down another 1.6lbs. Dropped my cardio this week to see if I still drop and can drop slower and I can.

Pretty sore which is good for the most part. I know my elbow not so much but working on it. Skipped accessory day yesterday.

Week ahead us the x5 week. 2 deadlift and OHP days with 1 Bench and Squat day.

Grip is an issue, tried chalk and hook grip. Now I dont mind the hook grip but still lost it. So definately a huge weakness is my grip.
 
Might be good to keep training hook since you’re new these weights and might be able increase as you progress. Or just use mixed grip, lol
I am working with the gook grip straight through every lift until it fails. Hoping ot continues to get better and I should also add some mixed grip as well.

Every felt heavy and a grind today. I was out training last night until 1am, got home and to bed by about 130am and then up at 4am for work.....lack of sleep explains today..

Shoulder pain all the way down below the elbows both arms. Assume I am doing something wrong benching.....

A lot of people bring the bar down too high on the chest. Grindy reps tend to aggravate my shoulders and elbows as well though.
