You think it’s dislocated?
I did but no swelling or bruising... just got back from PT he isnt worried no tears, dislocation. Did some work on it and some shockwave on the entire shoulder front and back, tomorrow is supposed to be 90% bench have to see how it feels...

You may want to auto regulate on that 90%. I dislocated my shoulder a couple times when I first started low bar squats. Chiropractor put it back in place. That was pretty early on when I started working with him. I didn’t think he knew what he was n for, he does now. He actually does another competitor and couple other lifters. Moral of the story, find a good chiro/ pt and use them

Starting to toy with the idea maybe in a year do a meet. Most likely not win but for the experience. Issue the only Fed I know of in Canada is tested. Wonder if anyone reading my log knows of any untested Canadian Feds, or if I can join an untested Fed in US and when travel bans end maybe hit a meet in US?

CPF was the GPC affiliate, basically Canada RPS, looks like they’re merging with CPL. so looks like you’re choices are more limited than I though. At least you have a good option.

I am not sure why I didn't find that as I did look. This is what I was looking for so thank you. They do both tested and untested which is perfect. I am west coast so Ontario out of picture but BC and Alberta work, not sure I could ready myself that quick but am going to read more for sure.
 
Alberta Provincials in Apr 24th. You got 15 weeks. Plenty of time
Ya and May 30 Kabuki Strength too... I know time wise physically is lots of time... Mentally I am thinking about lol... No coach other than you folks which is awesome. No training partner, and no one to go with me to meet, iwillneed some hand holding lol... First will be tne worst nerves wise I think... I am into it just need to get going on it check my equipment and get some gear lol
 
So just for conversation along with above question. I am thinking lots and this may or may not be good.

1. If I continue to cut until end of January get as low as I can in a month then start a cycle allowing me 16 weeks to cycle.
Thought for cycle would be
Wk 1-16 Test 500-750
Wk 1-16 Deca 300
Wk 1-16 Proviron not sure dosage
Wk 12-16 Anadrol 50-75 day
Halo when needed but for sure on meet day but not sure on dosage.

2. Programming would continue with Conjugate unsure on weeks leading up to though.

3. As mentioned above about sleeves and wrist wraps on approved list. I may have to buy new plus a singlet. Think my DL socks too high need shorter pair. Also sounds like boxer briefs are a no go as well

Maybe just order another wrist wrap not the end of the world

245x1 is 86% and close enough with shoulder issues but felt ok

Red band OH tricep extensions

30x2x15 drop last set 10x12

Just asked the Fed and they dont care what brand as long as within regs
 
Step 1 done just bought my CPL membership and plan to register for the meet later today I just want to confirm a buddy can be my handler and commit to some training days to spot and to work on commands as well as be there with me for the meet

1. Open or Masters (46yrs)? read other thread just do open
2. They want my openers now but sure they will change in 5 months. What should I put?
3. Squat rack height I have no idea should I just get a tape measure and measure it? No mention on bench pin height
4. Weight class? I assume I will not be competing 90kg so 100kg is my guess. I am currently around 222lbs so slightly over and do not want to be in 110kg class. I have 5 months to cut and build back up keeping under 220. Any thoughts advice. Thinking diet, gear, timing, lots actually.

So freaking nervous and so much to learn...

I would put what you can do right now as an opener... Not even your current 1rm, closer to the 2rm area. Your 2nd lift is much more important.

I would not complicate things by trying to cut weight drastically. Go with the weight class closest to your current weight, 100kg. You can hit that by just dropping some water.

If I am reading records for the fed right, I am currently 20 away on squat, 10 over on bench, and 10 under on DL... but not anywhere near close all feds combined records.

Thanks there is so much to learn... I wont cut pre but if I can get under 210 by end of Feb, 12 weeks out start a cycle and prep holding weight at or under 220 should be good. 5 months to the meet so some time
