Thinking about starting my first cycle but would like some new perspective/tips.

Cycle:
Test C 200mg (around 12 weeks depending on bloodwork)
HGH 2 IU (50 days for sure. Continuing for however long I have money to do it)
BPC-157 250mcg (around 6 weeks. Taking it a few weeks before test/HGH for recovery/healing purposes)
HCG 300 IU (around 12 weeks. Taking it alongside Test)

PCT:
3 weeks waiting so the ester wears off
Clomid 50mg (around 3 weeks)
Nolvadex 20mg (around 4 weeks)

Source: Dutch Labs
Bloodwork: Haven't figured it out yet.

Happy for any tips, as its my first cycle.

Thats reallly not a cycle per say, thats more along the lines of a Trt , or do you plan on doing more than 200 mg per week of Testosterone?

The thing for me is money and bloodwork, I would defently go higher but only when its safe to do so. Its also my first cycle so I don't wanna go to risky.

Also get this bloodwork panel before you start ANYTHING, you need a baseline labs to check crucial levels to determine health factors as well as have something to compare to to see how you are responding etcIMG_3210.webp

In your introduction post you said you are a larpmaxxer hoping squeeze out some male dimorphic traits.

How old are you?

It's possible that 200mg of exogenous test won't put you much higher than your natural production. You'll just be shutting yourself down for zero net gain

Same with hgh.

Until you get your natural bloodwork done, your entire plan is just an uneducated guess. You need baseline bloodwork to calculate from.

Why would you take hcg with test? Are you trying to get someone pregnant?

What is your goal and why do you think you need a cycle to achieve it?

Great advice. There seem to be a lot of different panels available from different places... for bodybuilding purposes, is there a specific "panel type" that you can request to ensure they track the necessary items (and leave out the unnecessary stuff)? And are there specific types of bloodwork I should seek out (or stay away from)? I've done just general bloodwork before for health, and I think I remember that it didn't have absolutely everything that I needed. Any guidance is appreciated... thank you.

You will probably find that pre-built panels have things you don't need, and lack the specific things you do need. They usually aren't the best value.

What tests you get depends on your goals and if you plan on using any ped's.

Blood pressure testing is top of the list. You can do it yourself and it is very important to monitor. Keep it under 120/70.

Cholesterol is always important also. Lipid panel, apob, lpa. Get your LDL below 70, your hdl above 60 and nuke your triglycerides. If you plan on running any PED's, you have to have better cholesterol markers than whats determined to be "good" for general population. You have to have elite cholesterol levels.

CBC and CMP, a1c

Then HS-CRP, GGT, Cystatin C,

Vitamin D is probably good to check, or you can just assume you are deficient like everyone else and supplement

Thyroid tests, TSH, free t3, free t4, reverse t3

Ferratin, iron and tibc

PSA

DHT

Total testosterone, free testosterone, bioavailable testosterone, shbg, sensitive estradiol. Never start test, or anything else, without getting your natty baseline first.

From there it depends if you are planning on running anything

If you ever plan on using HGH, get your natty IGF-1 tested

Again depending on the compound, things like progesterone, prolactin, dhea....

Stated by previous members depends on your goals. Depends on what you're using, etc..
