Here's some easy recipes. They're all very simple and very scrumptious.

Simple past sauce:

Put some olive oil in a pan. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic(chopped, minced or pressed). Pour a generous helping of red pepper flakes into the oil. Heat until the garlic starts to "boil". "Boil" the garlic for maybe 1 minute and then remove from heat. Toss with pasta, add parmesan cheese and eat.

Dago beef(uh, I mean Italian beef):

Get a 3-5lb roast. I forger which the actual cut I use is, but it's not important. Get a big roast. Put it into a crock pot. Add italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pour some olive oil in there. Cover with water and cook until very tender. I've come to like leaving it on medium heat for 10-12 hours, but you can do with only 5 hours. Shred with a fork and eat.

I'd give you measurements of how much spices to add, but I just throw it in and really have no idea. Also, using beef stock instead of water is a good way to add flavor, but it also adds 2.50 to the price of the meals.

I forget the other recipes I was going to bust out. When I remember, I'll come back.

sounds great grizz. but you know, it's real 100% authentic dago beef ONLY if you fuck it before you cook it. just giving you a heads up bro. :D

Turkey:

Chop some FRESH rosemary with kitchen shears. Cut 1 lemon in half and squeeze the juice on the turkey. Put the chopped rosemary UNDERNEATH the skin of the turkey. Put left over rosemary stems and the squeezed lemon inside of the turkey. (you know, where the guts used to be) Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook as you would a normal turkey. Approximately 30minutes/lb at 350 degrees.

tri-meatloaf:

1 lb each of 1) lean ground beef, 2) ground turkey and 3)ground pork filets.

mix the meat up in a deep bowl and add 2 eggs, 3/4 cup quaker oats original, 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms (these will help keep the loaf moist), green onions, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. bake in the oven at 350 degrees for app. 50 minutes, more if you want a crispy top.

this stuff is simple, tasty, healthy and versatile. you can have it with carbs and veggies, with just veggies or just knosh on it solo for a lower-carb approach there are some carbs from the quaker oats).

I cook the same as Grizz. When i grill my chicken breasts i just add seasoning...no specifics a tad here a dash there. I really like to buy the Frozen bags from walmart for about 7 bucks or so. Thaw them. Add a bunch of different spices and some butter. Shake it up and throw them on the grill. Great Chicken every time

CHICKEN

Take 1 bag of Frozen Chicken breast. Throw it in a crock pot. Add 2-3 cans of either
Cream of Mushroom
Cream of Celery
Cream of Chicken

Put on Low heat for about 8-10hrs and your done!! I also add some salt and pepper and other spices like Grizz said as well. Very tender and good food.
