constructive criticism needed

I'm 5'11", 212, 38yrs old. looking to get to 220 after cycle. During the bulking phase I'll be consuming around 5,300 cals per day, 47% carbs, 36 % protein, 17% fat. I'm running the cycle for 8 weeks, then I'll be cutting for 4 weeks. How many cals do I need during each week of cutting and in what proportions?
