Grand opening is supposed to be Monday, pics of that all finished will be posted : )When you posting your cineplex theater?
Yea it’s pros and cons. I own my own company. Pros.. you work when you want and how much you want and money is great. Cons.. yep all the bullshit is on you and kissing customers asses and dealing with employees and all there problems become your problems lol. At the end of the day. Me personally I wouldn’t have it any other way. I can’t work for other people because I usually end up telling them how to do there job better and most don’t like that lol.
That’s why I typically stick to commercial concrete. You don’t have the hassle of chasing down your money as bad but it still happens from time to time. Businesses just don’t get in a hurry to pay you and some companies I’ve worked for can only pay out every 30-60 days so if you happen to do a job at the beginning of that pay period I may have to wait 50 days to get paid. I usually tell the concrete company and they’ll hold that specific bill for me interest free for that time period.yeh like you say theres pros n cons, i think for me chasing money off customers would do my head in, but i would love just getting in and doin 6 hours hard work then knocking off.
ive already my own business number, i just havnt started using it yet
KAPCRETE
'you need it, we screed it'
exaxtly i would have that, i would have 14 day limit otherwise the jackhammer comes outThat’s why I typically stick to commercial concrete. its another reason why like day rate cash work. turn up smash the work for a fixed rate $$350-$500 cash and get it that dayThat’s why I typically stick to commercial concrete. Yes those are sweet but few and far between for me. There’s one contractor that’ll call me just to come finish for him for $400 a day but he doesn’t call as much as I’d like him to lolits another reason why like day rate cash work. turn up smash the work for a fixed rate $$350-$500 cash and get it that day

shotcrete gone wrong lol flash set in the pipes. made it 1metre from the nozzle then went rock hard
trial of a new product, sales rep there advising on mixing procedures.. temp of product was to warm, no ice used in water to help keep the mix cool. shotcrete should set that fast without activater which is added at the nozzle. dare say it was a fail. the boys even had to jackhammer it out of the pump hopperView attachment 105072 View attachment 105071View attachment 105073
Ugh, yet another reason I hate concrete. I've had that happen a few times on the piping of the concrete pump. With shotcrete do you put a slick pack through the system like you do with concrete?
I know there are different terms, I guess do you prime the tubing before you put the concrete through the tube? I've had the pump operator on the concrete pump fuck up with the slick pack and have had that happen.it sucks when you already have 10+ trucks on the road when that goes down. It's awful
