The question I have is how long before competition day should you stop test prop? I've heard one week, two weeks, and one of my buddies uses it right on through so I'm sure there's no right or wrong, but what seems to work best for you?
If my stats matter they are:
Age: 21<- I'm well aware of the risks, I'm willing to accept them.
current weight: 198
current bf: 9-10% caliper says 9%, Bioelectric impedance says 10%
height:5'10"
13.5 weeks out from competition
