With DHL express usually 4-5 days. With other companys i dont have experiences

Yeah, that sucks. You are not the only one, some other user in this thread was also complaining that they were -at least for a while- ghosting him. I don't know what to tell you, I can only describe my own experience, which has been very different from yours. They have certainly issued refunds to me and other people, so I'd say "nag them".

they did partially refund me. even tho i lost 100$ it seems honourable enough.

i did send them a way to get safe eu warehousing but seems like they didnt take it. wouldn't have issues with volume or even more dangerous stuff than pharma meds

I think I've got some pretty good guys on Indiamart too. But I am hesitant to share them. I never tried Rohit. I've got Vishu and Dilip on my team lol

Share away mate it’s good to have a couple of decent sources. Ive contacted quite a few on there but a lot of them are pushy and constantly pushing you for an order which is massively off-putting.
