combing sema and reta

would it be suggested to incorporate both sema + reta at low-mod. dosages of each to reap GIP + Glucagon benefits from reta along with appetite suppression from sema?

on 8mg reta currently, and was curious about doing .25mg (or any amount) sema combined with 2-4mg reta for best of both worlds. i’m still ravenous off high reta doses and appetite is an issue. i want to feel satiated and hell, possibly even avoidant of food, because i always end up overeating. sticking to meal plans was always easy for me, even when initially starting reta and dealing with major suppression. i just ate less and didn’t have a single thought about another bite or a snack in-between.

i’m currently 190 lbs looking to drop 10-12lbs more.

reasons why:
-on my current reta dose and higher dosages, im still able to outeat my damn deficit.
-haven’t been able to sleep on my current reta dose. cortisol is sky high presumably due to RHR increase and glucagon, even with diet breaks.
-slept wonky on tirz aswell.
-reta at high doses (10-12) isn’t the best cost wise long term, and i have a script for ozempic anyways so sema is basically on hand and dirt cheap for me.
-Reta hasn’t given me that true app. suppression. i enjoy the glucagon benefits and also love the 9x stronger GIP factor on it compared to tirz. stacking it with tirz seemed pointless to me

any advice from people who’ve experimented with stacked GLPs is appreciated. thank you.

I just started with sema today lol

The quick change was happening because I nearly shit in my pants again. As I have already written in the big thread I often have flushes to go the toilette instantly. If I'm not able to arrive the toilette in a minute I (nearly) piss or shit in my pants. Never had that before reta.

I started with 0,2mg sema because I just have taken reta just two days ago (I pined reta twice a week)
Sorry to hear about the toilet situation i hope the hunger subsides and it’s worth it in the end. i might pin my sema today too. i pinned my reta 2 days ago. keep some updates going on this thread, i will add more once i pin my sema today.

same here, cagri is exhaustion in a bottle for me (and didn't help appetite)
yep. exhaustion is a common side, i theorize that’s what gives people their “suppression,” they move less and feel fuckall to even try doing something productive, keeping their movement low keeps their energy needs lower

but who knows? everything in the appetite drug department has a heavy YMMV factor to it.

I’ve done sema alone (not a fan)
Sema and tirz, never moving post sema starting dose, and now 1mg ret and 2.5mg tirz - this is my third cut with GLP1s and this is the best by far. Stacking can help defray costs since sema is cheap (sometimes free with substance), or just to have different mechanisms and reduced sides.

I’m also on prescribed TRT between blasts

If you have a Sema prescription you should be able to get Tirz.

As long as you have coverage, it’ll be cheap, very good appetite suppression, and GIP benefits. A much better way to go imo.

Reta is very hit or miss for weight loss and serves a niche purpose for bodybuilders. Tirz is excellent for weight loss but not nearly as brutal as Sema.
Ive been on reta from K4L for 5 weeks and switched from tirz because the appetite suppression was potent. It actually put me on metabolic adaptation because my reverse T3 is very high. Tirz made it easy for me to cruise on 800 calories a day. I would just forget to eat...i did lose 38 lb on it and got me to 13% bf. If you stick with tirzepatide, your body will eventually get used to the fatigue. But obviously dont do what I did and stay on maintenance calories.
Reta isnt doing very much for me at face value. It might be staving of diabetes since im on GH right now but I havent lost or gained a pound.
Tldr; try tirz or stack sema and reta.

I’ve been on tirz for a while. Pretty good stuff. 5mg weekly for my bulk. For my cut, I’d bump it up to 10mgs. I had a similiar journey as yours. Lost 40lbs. My RT3 was insanely high and has been so I decided to cruise and add in T3 at 25mcg daily.

Thanks for your anecdote. Tirz rocks.
