Coinbase closed my account - new exhchange?

Non kyc acquisition plus non kyc wallet.

It's harder to acquire BTC via non-KYC means when in USA but it can be done but most likely using a foreign exchange which could be dicey as not all foreign exchanges will deal with US citizens. To cash out will be even harder.

Yes that would be the most optimal solution.

I go payal/crypto.com to either exodus or cake wallet.

Never straight from my exchange or cash app.

Check binance and opt for an external wallet app like Trust, don't send directly from your exchange to sources. Transfer crypto to your wallet and then to sources.

So I tried your suggestion ‘Trust Wallet’ instead, Thank You !! This is great - almost just plug’n’play …

Now I just have to wait 48 hours more on kraken’s security hold, and see if I Can slowly start Exchange/send funds…..

Hi,

So coinbase just closed my account for not sure what reason, as their mail doesnt explicitly provide the reason, but from reading their ToS I assume it could be:

1. Transactions to or from a tainted address

One of the sources I used maybe had an address that was flagged or idk. Never used coinbase for anything else, just cycle ordering (maybe 10 times in my life).
Anyone else here with the same surprise from coinbase recently?

Anyway - now im wondering which exchanges people use here other than coinbase, as it seems its kyc is cracking down on random test cycle orders (you know, the priority obviously, cant have too many jacked people here..)

Im based in EU, if you can please suggest some exchanges for me, thanks!

binance kraken should be good enough
They dont do paypal , apart from that they good

Did you attach your bank account to Kraken or just using debit card?

Debit card is faster but had higher fees when I signed up, so switched to bank account. Now a little more peace of mind security-wise but always have to wait a few days.

Just a simple debit card for now... I will keep that in mind.

Now i just have to work on *seniority* with Kraken, I guess - Looking forward to see if they also put my 2nd exchange on hold for security reasons....

But I just recieved a mail from them, that I am almost 'green' in all of their 3 steps or stages - happy days

Their instant SEPA transfers are nice. Also use Kraken Pro instead of regular Kraken. Lower fees.

Maybe this has something to do with operation RapTor which ended 5 days ago?

Coinbase is shit :-(
