No, not before. I know about the problem with the pip. But I want to give it a try. Brewed it with some MCT. But I'm not satisfied. I don't have any PIP, but I do feel tension in my muscles. My shoulders were fine, but my lats were really annoying. Next time, I want to try castor oil and castor oil with essential oils. I

Brewed only 50mg/ml. Everything I read about 100mg/ml was much worse.
