Need to lose 10lbs in a month, started taking 40mcg clen with 80mcg cytomel for a week and have gained 2lbs! I am really new to this and wondering if it takes a while to kick in.I've heard T/3 is really strong so do I need to be patient? I'm 26yrs. old 5'6, and weigh 140 lbs.after recently gaining 10lbs. I've always worked out, lots of cardio and weights and eat well and desperate to lose this. Since I'm new to this I'm worried about taking too much clen or cytomel since my tabs are high in dose. I was told to work up to 4-5 tabs of each a day. Any advice on this would be great, also curious about DNP?Thank you!!!

The Fat wont just fall off with a magic pill or potion you must put the keys components together to make it work ; Diet,Exercise and Supplementation.

You should build up to 100mcg each of clen and t3 a day.
Any more than that is a waste of product.
Stimulate your metabolic rate etc,etc with your sups. then go about with the other key components of you fat lose regime.

Heres some information that may be helpful to you.

A simple formula for estimating how many calories you need to cut back on is that for every 3,500 calories that you dont eat or that you burn up through exercise, you will lose 500g of fat. For example, to lose 500g of fat per week you would need to have a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories (500cals x 7 days = 3500 cals), which can be achieved in several ways.

This calorie deficit doesn't necessarily mean 500 calories off the levels of calories you are currently eating. This reduction should be off your maintenance level of calories - or the level of calories required so that you are neither gaining weight nor losing weight. This can be found out quite simply by keeping a food diary for a month or so and calculating the calories required to maintain your weight. A food diary is a vital component to any dieters success and makes it much simpler to measure what is working best for you. It is also a good way of keeping yourself on track as you are less likely to cheat on your diet when you are writing down everything that you are eating.

Another way you can also roughly work out your maintenance calorie intake is by multiplying your bodyweight (kg) by 20, and then multiply by your daily activity level of either

1.2-1.3 for Very Light (bed rest)

1.5-1.6 for Light (office work/watching TV)

1.6-1.7 for Moderate (some activity during day)

1.9-2.1 for Heavy (labor type work)

i.e. bodyweight 80kg x 20 x 1.6 = approx 2560 calories per day

Personally I recommend to use a food diary for at least a month, as this will give you a more exact amount of how many calories you require. It will also help show up any possible problems or areas for improvement in your diet, as well as providing a useful tool for looking back at further down the track.

HEy bro,

I am on Clen and t3 also. I am not sure but I have heard that they work btter when taking 14 days of one then the other for 14 days. I also hear to do 2 on/2 off with clen. Then get t3 everyday for 4-6 weeks. I have noticed that my body temp has been fluctuating betwen 95.1 / 99.2

It will do it in a matter of minutes. my guess is that the damn thermometer is off...

Is ther a recommended way to take the t3 / clen stack???

I am only using 1/2 20mcg clen, cause it makes me crazy hyper and 1/2 t3 per day. I jsut switced over to just t3 25mcg to see what happens.... I noticed i need more food also...

thanks

Thanks for the info., maybe I need to pay more attention to my diet. Does anyone know if the Clen+T/3 stack makes you retain water?I have been feeling extremly bloated with a constant "full" feeling since starting it. Also have done a lot of reading on DNP and think I may try a short cycle of it. I wouldn't go over 200mcg though, any advice on this?Thank you!!

There are a few recommended ways to use these two products............
I'm not going to go into it all,as I dont hold a chemistry degree.
Try taking them alternatively for two weeks a piece,as you say.
I think the two on two off with Clen is to do with the half life and trying to avoid Beta 2 insensitivity.
The T3 will break down some protein in particular stored Creatine, making you feel weaker
You might like to use an anabolic with this to minimize this effect.
also a supplement of Creatine mono hydrate.

This "more food" may have something to do with the fact you have gain and extra 2 lbs.
Remember you are on a fat lose diet,so minimize you cals, and take your anabolic, anti catabolic supps.
When you reach your desired weight, try maintain a balance diet to achieve the muscle gains you desire but without storage of fat.
Heavy dieting for extended lengths of time will slow down your thyroid production and also your metabolism making it harder to burn fat.

Try and stimulate you own thyriod production after your wee diet spell this way you can maintain your own metabolic rate and assimluate fats.
