Another suggestion - presoak in vinegar - it is as good as bleach at being antibacterial (read: stink killing) but without the destructive qualities.

Vinegar is good to add to any load - especially towels, keeps them fresh much longer.

I wonder if some of the enzyme/bacterial cleaners for dog stench would clear the smell up quick. Supposed to be used for organic smells.

Sleeves can be washed with your normal gym laundry. My 7051 rehbands lasted 5 years getting washed twice per week.

Wraps you'll just want to soak in cold water and let hang dry.
