CJC 1295 DAC vs no DAC

I was simply curious what is better/healthier for your body CJC 1295 no DAC or with DAC?

I have read that with no DAC you need to run it multiple times a day since half life is shorter and also that with DAC that it has a longer half life.
I also read that CJC 1295 DAC is better for women?

Ive been using CJC 1295 no DAC for about a month now but my source is out of stock of the CJC1295 No DAC and will restock in a bout 10 days or so.

Thank you

I’d you look at the clinical trials you’ll see that you don’t get constant GH release on CJC-1295, it just increases the amplitude of the pulses.

With Cjc-1295 DAC you get a constant gh release, also called gh bleed.

With Cjc-1295 NO DAC you will not get that but instead only trigger and make the pulse stronger.

As I previously mentioned. This is not correct. Saying it a second time doesn’t make it more true.

The following graph shows the pulsatile release of GH in human subjects after a single dose of CJC-1295

You can see in that graph that the gh thorough is elevated the entire time + the natural pulses come on top off that. It's what I said, a constant gh bleed.

From another forum:
In an attempt to create a more convenient long-lasting GHRH, a compound known as CJC-1295 was created. This compound is identical to the aforementioned modified GRF(1-29) with the addition of the amino acid Lysine which links to a non-peptide molecule known as a "Drug Affinity Complex (DAC)". This complex allows GRF(1-29) to bind to albumin post-injection in plasma and extends its half-life to that of days. If you prefer analogies think of this as a Testosterone Cypionate (i.e. long-estered). However this is not accurate. CJC-1295 results in continual GH bleed. Although natural pulsation still occurs CJC-1295 does nothing to increase those pulses. Instead it raises base levels of GH and creates a more feminized pattern of release. This not desirable.

I'm actually on a run of CJC DAC and MK 677 right now. 2 compounds I find mostly get hate from people. I've read quite a bit on CJC DAC and I've heard the arguments about GH "bleed". I've never seen any real evidence that if this "bleed" actually happens that it will do any harm.

That article you posted says the same thing as all these people on forums. They just say that CJC DAC causes GH "bleed" and that the "bleed" is bad. I've never seen anything that actually backs these statements up though.

I'm a big fan of CJC DAC and MK 677. I run it in my "off" season as it does make me hold quite a bit of water. I like the idea of enhancing my natural GH pulses and utilizing natural production instead of solely utilizing replacement. I use some GDA's when I'm running it and my fasting glucose, A1c, and prolactin hold their baseline. I've read other people having lots of side effects but my body seems to be fine with this combo.

As far as I’m aware this “bleed” is purely bro science. IE someone made it up on a web forum, and someone else read it and repeated it on another web forum, etc. It’s not mentioned in the literature as far as I’m aware (and I have read the literature).

Yeah, that’s what “pulsatile” means. Starting at a base line (not necessarily zero), spiking up, and returning to that base line.

would gh bleed or a constant gh release necesaarily be a bad thing for bodybuilding tho?
