Yeah man, I didn’t either until PA mentioned it... I used to get terrible tendonitis and I thought it was from pressing too much.. but now I bench twice a week and do OHP and no pain. But, without fail, every time I squat—the day after, I get pin exactly as you described.
Mine is because I'm an actual idiot.
Heavy Olympic bar curls at 155, and I was doing it the day after DL on my schedule.
I reset my training schedule... but still hurts like hell, slowly getting better
