Just been doing a little research on this stuff and actually grabbed some. Pretty inexpensive and from what I hear it reduces excess "fat" on the liver. 1000mg ed is what in hearing. Can anyone add on this?

You're not likely to see any benefits of supplementation if you're meeting the RDA value for choline, which for adult males is 550mg/day. Foods that are relatively high in choline include eggs, meat, poultry, fish, peanuts, dairy, pasta, and rice.

I use tri-lipotrophic : choline inositol methionine. I was told by my doctor it works great on keeping down liver toxicity and help kidney function.

Maybe a doc in here can confirm?

From readings, It can help with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and hemorrhagic kidney necrosis but only if you have a choline deficiency bc of your diet. I'd rather eat more meat and eggs and rice than take a supplement.

I found this extremely applicable. If you skip to 5:30 in the video, he goes into liver toxicity and cleansing. Really detailed and explains his reasoning very well. Talks a lot about the things @Docd187123 mentioned already, but hope this helps.

So I've been taking around 2k everyday and am going to up the dose to 3k ed for 30 Days. Really minimal side effects and considering I went thru hep c treatment back In jan 2014 I now do whatever i need to protect my liver.

I guess you can call me a believer...
