Chicken sauce ideas

what’s up guys been trying to find ways to minimize my calorie intake and my biggest crutch in my current diet is the fact that I use ahso Asian sauce daily in my chicken and it adds up to about 160 extra calories a day and a boat load of sodium , was wondering what you guys like to use for chicken that’s relatively low calorie for dipping / marinating . Thanks !

Frank's Red Hot
Salsa
Lemon, chili, olive oil,
Anything you can imagine pretty much works

What fat% beef do you eat?

Depends on the cut... filets are leaner than Ribeyes. I eat flat irons and skirt most often I would say, some strips. The flat irons I get are ridiculously lean but you can't tell... Comparable to filet mignon. The ground beef I get is about 96% I think.

I buy all of my beef from Piedmontese.com. It's genetically leaner, more protein and better taste profile.

You totally drank the Kool aid then huh?lol I've been meaning to check them out since you posted that thread. I'll have to give them a go. I've been eating a lot of tri-tip as of lately, they turn out really nice on the traeger. Especially with a reverse sear

Oh hell yeah... Tri tip isn't as common here as it is on the west coast. I have come close to buying them from that site but they're a little pricey. I would like to get one though...
