thanks bro, I think I'm going to go with this one. Did you just take the two caps a day (1100mg)? I know research indicates that less than 600mg ed is virtually worthless.

Hey bro, I just take the two caps at the same time with a high fat meal or flax oil, fish oil, extra virgin olive oil.
