Cheapest but quality vitamins/supplements

Are you new to protein supplements? Check the nutrition and ingredient label for a high quality protein powder like TN or ON and compare...
I buy my protein from canadianprotein. I buy misc vitamins, etc from the other places

I think the most important thing with respect to protein is digestion/assimilation. Then price. If one has zero digestion issues from a concentrate filled with various fillers and artificial/chemical ingredients and money is an issue then stick to what works. If money is not an issue and or one does have digestion issues from a certain brand than def. try to change to a higher quality isolate instead.

costo carries great protein powders at a lower price

View attachment 45365 image.jpeg The best deals I have found is going to your local GNC and buy the stuff off the clearance rack. Yeah it will expire in a month or two but the expiration date is just the sell by date, I easily go through 5lbs a month anyhow. I picked up 6lbs tonight for $8.80 with a gold card discount. Can't beat that price.
