Changing Forum Outline

Hi guys; is there a way to change outline of how forum is made? just want it for visual purposes?

Want a way or method to make it look like standard forums, not all scrunched up?

Oh and colouring, ie white colour etc?

Under the main menu, is an option for "style variation". Also, if you download the app, and visual accommodations the phone can make (larger fonts etc) should apply.
