Carbs/Calories

How do you muster the energy to train without carbs? When I reduce from 350-400g per day to 200g I’m dragging. I give you guys mad credit for being able to push ahead with carb cuts.

Or does the lack of energy only last for a brief period?

Fuck that, I can’t train without carbs. I’m a morning workout guy, so I’ll eat a bunch of carbs actually prior to bed, wake up and go straight to gym without food as I’m still topped up.

Might not work for everyone, but I like it. All the carbs make me sleep like a baby too.

Yea me too. I drink a carb intra and post workout. When I drink my carb my endurance is insane and so is my pumps.

See this little supplementation is a big for guys like me that are natty. The guys running gear may not have such a need for these simple supplements

My diet effects my gym performance gear or not. That may not be the case for everyone but it sure the hell is for me. And if I put shit in I get shit out and I mean that in relation to performance. Since running Tren I do find a need and/or craving for more carbs. I'm going to have my first go round with TNE today and try some playing around with my carbs and see if the TNE will give me that little push when I'm not consuming large amounts of carbs.

Depends on your goals and how you train and what you do outside of bodybuilding. I'm not actually a bodybuilder so my experience is probably different to most peoples. If you're in an explosive type sport like rowing or sprinting or powerlifting then you'd do best to stay on carbs. If you do something like hiking or ar ejust looking for better overall health, super low carb is complately fine. I think the energy deficit of not having carbs might not ever go away for some people. Its a balancing act. Ketones are good for the brain and can be good for more endurance style athletes and keto keeps your insulin low and stable, aiding in fat loss. Can be hard to bulk on keto though. I find Im not able to cram in a huge amount of food due to constant satiety.

Used to do the same exact thing for months. Would carb up before bed and hit the gym st 3am just slam some pre and eat a quick cup of oats and it worked well for awhile.
