Over the summer, i had great successs cutting on cyclo keto with massive cheat days and occasional have only a cheat night (starting like 5pm) donuts, pizza etc......so now im bulking and i have to say because my body is used to burning fat for fuel, this carb backloading is working great. Im doing ony sugar ceraels after a workout......luckycaharms, fruit loops with non fat milk....i eat till im full..........up 5 pounds with abs in 2 weeks............i just really question the whole calories in calories out thing.......because i know my body and if i ate the amount and kind of food ive been eating throughout the day instaed of using food timing.....i would be a fatass already instaed of looking lean and full......
