Can't seem to get my fasted morning blood glucose at the right level on HGH

So I switched from my old HGH vendor to Opti, and after 1 day my BG dropped from 95 to 80. I have 100% confidence that Opti's stuff is real and properly dosed, but now I'm wondering if the old vendor is massively overdosed. Someone even ask about that earlier and I dismissed it because they had tons of COAs that users had posted. But maybe I got a bad batch?

I'll run Opti for a week and see if it stays low or if this is a fluke, then I'll switch back to the old vendor for a few days and see if it goes back up. If it does I'll probably just trash the remaining 240IUs I have from them.

Got me thinking of one of the few rHGH fragments found to be bioactive.

GH with the first 43 amino acids chopped off causes glucose to skyrocket in experiments:

“hGH44–191 was estimated to be at least 10 times more active than hGH in producing glucose intolerance”

Fragments like these would be found in the “and related proteins” portion of Jano’s dimer test.

In pharma manufacturing it would’ve been identified and dealt with. They’re required to characterize every impurity their process (and storage conditions) can create, assess it for risk, and either purify it out, or more likely with a dangerous one like this, change the process to prevent it from forming).

I’m sure UGL is doing the same….

Definitely interesting. Unfortunately (fortunately?) yesterday was a fluke, because today it was 92 using the same vial from the previous day where I was 80. 92 is still great and lower than I've been almost every day, but far from 80. I'm guessing 80 was a fluke or the meter read it wrong.

I'll still run this for a week and then go back to the old stuff and compare.

Out of curiosity, what are you reconstituting with? What volume? any visible particles?

Legit Hospira BAC water every time. I always use 1mL per 10IUs, meaning my 10IU Opti's get 1mL and the 24IU other ones get 2.4mL

No particles. No cloudiness. The non-Opti ones do sometimes get bubbles at first but they go away after it settles a bit. The Opti's have no bubbles.

I asked because certain conditions make formation of the “Magic Diabetes rHGH Fragment” more likely.

Your meter should have come with a control solution to see if the strips and meter are functioning properly. on the solution or test strips should be a range it should read in. That is the range your reading can be off and still be in compliance. Same as your blood and if you're only taking one reading it can be lower or higher by 15mg/dl below 100 or 15% above 100.

Get an A1C blood test if you are concerned.

My meter doesn't have anything like that. But it was a cheap one.

I got my A1C taken last week and it was 4.7.
 
If its 4.7 i wouldn't worry about it. That's the gold standard test. And you're not going to be a GH forever.

For the meter you need to do at least 3 readings to get an average to be some what accurate.

Ok so I took 3 back to back readings this morning using the same pricked finger. 86 94 93

All good readings and in range. But wow what a variation with the first one.
