Subbed.... good luck brother.... not crazy about the cycle you chose as I think you could have seen better results with more of a cutting cycle... just my opinion.. u chose good juice and it looks like your all set with everything you need.... I'm curious to see what happens with your weight, bf on a weekly basis... will you be having this checked by your doc on a regular basis?

I understand where you are coming from. And agree. Am still learning here and am going to make some mistakes and learn from them in the beginning. I always appreciate your opinion, and furthermore would be interested in you posting your thoughts on an ultimate cutting cycle I could consider for the future.

At my gym they have a machine, and I am taking all measurements on a two week basis. Will report this. My TRT doc could give a shit. But he is legal for now. I am seriously thinking about moving away from him. Funny thing was tested a week ago by him. He only tested Total Test and not Free. I used Test P for my last two weeks and cut it down so I knew that number would come in well under. I also knew he is too cheap to add the "Free" test and wouldn't see that my Free Test is Tripple!! the high point which would have given him pause. Instead he guesses through some math that he thought my free was like 18 when in reality it is like 48. :p
 
12/26/2016 Work out

Got the 245lb on bench up 8 clean chest touching reps! 2nd set of 250 hit 6 clean reps. So will start with 250 on Wednesday. Had the day off work so it screwed my eating schedule off a little. But I didn't have enough preWO carbs and I ran out of gas about 80% of the way through. From then on it was all mental. Almost puked on a failure set!! Wish I did cause I know that's like a badge of honor killing that shit. But I fucking pushed my fat ass through. On my second week of 12reps and getting close to my 12 maxes.

Calories: 3,470
Protein 254G
Carb 339G
Fat 117G
Water 1.2 Gal
Workout Length: 80 Minutes

*Note I went down to 2IU of HGH instead of 3IU and feel better. Not as much swelling and only numb tingly hands in the AM. Will stay at that level for a while.

Just a little Easter egg for you. If you order over $300 on POTG gear you get a free vial of Test E. I personally feel my strongest on long esters might be a mind fuck for me but that's just how I feel. The build up is so much more pronounced then on prop or even NPP. I personally will never bulk on short esters ever again. But good luck with your log and your life man. I have a brain tumor so I'll always have to watch that. I can't touch GH or one day I might say fuck it and hit GH anyway lol.

Looks like you got everything details out! I would have done it differently and just do Test only (increase from your TRT dosage) also, would just do high rep low weight with 30sec or min rest between sets. But like i said looks like you've done your research. Subb and .good luck bro!

I have been pinning the BPC-157 in my healing arm and I am amazed how much faster the wound is now healing. Like some voodoo shit.

This is me a week ago at the start of my cycle. And yes I felt like an idiot taking a selfie at the gym. No one was around though.

The Routine ;)

I have taken the Hypertrophy approach and learning to feel the muscle. I am doing an HST program three days a week M,W,F with 8-12 reps and progressive load. I have slow eccentric movements to really push blood in the muscle. On the concentric lift I am thinking the whole time of moving the muscle I am using. You can just move your hand and grab the remote. But have you ever thought about that motion while doing it? Its a strange sensation and I have found the muscles get the pump. I like to bench. In the spring mind you I had only been doing circuit training for the past two years on machines. I wanted a bigger bench so that is the only part of my routine that is lower reps. I will switch up my program I am sure, but like it so far. I am starting to see the big vein pop in my bicep! Big deal right! But at 290+ right now its hard to see veins.

I do cardio on my off days using HIT on the treadmill for 30 minutes.

The Future o_O

I plan on this cycle for 10 weeks. Then will drop down to my TRT dose but will continue the HGH for a period of 6-7 months total. The peps I will cycle 4wks on then 2 wks off. I get bloods monthly and will post my first set here in a few weeks. The others are nothing exciting.

I have been very lucky in that my estrogen stays low. When I started TRT my baseline was at 9ml and I got tested a week ago and it is 16ml. I don't take an AI right now but have all of it on hand. Since I added the low dose NPP I will keep an eye on my prolactin but have Caber on hand. But it too is normal. Usually with the fat guys you have to watch the estrogen! But lucked out so far.

Blood pressure has been consistent and taken everyday. Average 133/77 right now. I have a home machine with a cool phone app. Watching it closely. The Cycle Assist brought it down a few points on a consistent basis.

I donate blood every 59 days and my RBC are always normal. Livers are in the low normal range. I don't plan on orals.

I will update my log frequently, and will respond to all posts positive and negative.
Have you used MGF before?

FD thanks for the comments. I stuck with the lower TEST dosage because I get tested by my TRT doc every three months. If my numbers are off the charts it creates issues. So by doing the other sups it allows me to add in the anabolic effects and keep my numbers. But agree in the future will look at that.

I like your high rep feedback as well. I try to mix things up now to keep the body guessing. I haven't hit a plateau yet so I will keep on with this routine. But on shoulder side laterals I do high reps and short rest.

I'm gonna say it, because others are thinking it... You seem to put too much thought and effort into the goodies like GNC products, all your pins and syringes, weight belt etc...And very little actual effort into your diet. Just because you have "little appetite" is no excuse, I'm sorry, to not eat what you need to eat. It's simple science, eat more, grow me. Eat less, grow less or shrink. You might have to eat every hour with your stomach being trimmed down, sorry, but it is what it is.

Also, with recently having cancer, you think growth hormone is a good idea? Okie dokie.

Your NPP and TPP vials look half empty, but still appear to be unused...

Unimpressed by training 3x a week and you want to compete... Come on.

I genuinely wish you well, and I'm not trying to hate on you, I'm just observing a few blatantly obvious things, to me.

PS, your butcher lied to you or is stupid, salt and sugar are preservatives.

WP, first off THANKYOU for the constructive feedback. It IS needed as it helps me learn, adapt, and change if needed.

Diet: what are your calorie suggestions? On workout days I am 3400-3500. I eat every two hours. I am not sure I could eat 3-4oz of dense protein or carbs every hour. Physically. If I do, I puke or am very uncomfortable. Not being a pussy. Call it handicapped now if you will. My sleeve will not stretch. It's gone. I could drink the calories in the way of protein shakes, but I know that is not the best way either. Any suggestion here I am open. Here is my typical lifting day

6:00am- protein shake with 12oz of milk 2%. Maybe switch to whole milk here?
8:00am- 3eggs a slice of cheese and bacon or sausage
10:00am- 3oz of chicken breast. 1/2 cup of pasta beroni with red sauce. 1oz of almonds
12:00pm- 3oz of chicken breast. 1/2 cup of pasta beroni with red sauce.
2:00pm- 3oz of beef jerky
4:00pm - pure protein bar
6:00pm- 3oz of chicken or fish and 1 cup of brown rice steam broccoli
7:30pm pre-workout I have a banana and a serving of oatmeal
8:00 pm workout
9:30pm post workout weight gainer shake

This gets me to the numbers above. On non workout days I stick low carb and skip the pasta. Suggestions? Again if I try to put more down, it will come back up. I know the line so I tend not to push it.

I cleared the low dose of HGH with the doc. But your right I may re-consider here.

I really liked the science behind HST training, progressive load, rest duration etc. But I am no disciple of any. What would you suggest? I am not a power lifter. I don't care to squat 500lbs or curl 90lb dumb bells. I want to concentrate on hypertrophy.

Okay, let's do this!

I would love to see you eat every hour, if you can. Are shakes easier for you? Try a shake of 1 carton egg whites, 1 frozen banana, some milk, a bit of PB and either honey or stevia. That'll put some meat on your bones, and about 60g of GOOD protein. I drink that 3 or so times a day.

I'd love to see you eat every hour man. Buy some digestive enzymes or HCL to help keep that food moving, you need some extra help with that smaller stomach.

Have slow digesting carbs such as brown rice or oatmeal early in the day, and late. Around your workout eat fast digesting ones such as white rice, pasta etc. The fast stuff will be better for that much wanted insulin spike...

I am normally not for weight gainer shakes, but in this case, go for it.

I wanna see you succeed, I'm here to help where I can.
