Canada: How are you getting comprehensive bloodwork for peptide protocols?

Question for Canada / Quebec guys running peptides:

How are you getting full blood panels including IGF-1, GH, advanced thyroid markers, etc.?

Public system is obviously limited — are you using private clinics, specific doctors, or alternative lab routes?

Trying to monitor health properly while running peptides/hgh long-term.

Any real experiences or tips appreciated.

there is an app called maple. You can type to a doctor online. I got her to do up a couple different blood work panels for me over two months then canceled the subscription for the app. I have the blood work paper work files saved on my phone and just go to staples and print off like 10 copies of each one and just go do whatever blood work I want when I want by doing walk ins at lifelabs. Every doctor I went to in person was terrible and I had one literally get up and push me out the door when I explained I take steroids and wanted to monitor my blood work. They make it impossible to do it in Canada so fuck them and rig the system whatever way you can lol
