Can you send bitcoin through bitcoin atm?

Teying to buy off of a vendor who only excepts bitcoin. Pretty new to bitcoin have only used it once, but makes me wait 2 weeks for btc to clear before being able to buy from vendors/send out. Recently heard about bitcoin atms, tried finding info on how quick it can be transferred to my wallet and sent out. Does anyone have any experience with bitcoin atm’s how long is the wait time from transferring to wallet and being able to spend/ tranfer it to the vendor?? Thanks in advance

You can buy and have it transferred directly to your wallet. You can send from there, add a couple bucks for transfer fees.
