can i front load reta?

i was on a dose of 7.5mg a week and then came off for a month. i am now back on reta. instead of waiting 4 weeks to get back to 7.5mg saturated can i front load all immediately to be saturated and stable straight away?

DO NOT DO THIS. Administering one large dose could make you violently sick and you could even end up in hospital. After a month off your body will be re-sensitised to the compound so start at a lower dose than you were previously on.

i don’t think i’ve been desensitised though since i basically got back on as soon as it was eliminated fully.

Imagine GLP1s like shouts that echo in your body. These echoes last a bit less than a week, then they fade.
If you do multiple echoes, they will do a big noise but will eventually fade pretty much at the same time.

I would play it safe and start back at a low dose. Unless you like how a bad case of food poisoning feels.

Start @2.5mg
