Calories while on cycle

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and new to aas. Across different forums and different "professional" opinions, I've heard so many conflicting points and views on calorie intake. I'm 6'1"
I imagine in in the +16% bf
185 pounds.
And I've just got to the point where I'm comfortable eating 3000 without feeling disgustingly full

My question here is should I be pressing myself, again, to get more calroies. My goal and dream has always been to reach 200 but my diet has always been my weakest point. Diet has become my main focus for the last 4 months.
What is your most beneficial range? Ehat kind of meals do you eat.
 
If you want to grow you need to continually eat more. Your body adapts to a caloric intake vs caloric expenditure. The same activity level and caloric intake that’s either gaining or losing you weight won’t be the same 4 weeks from now.
