Hey guys, I've posted other threads about my first cycle I will start in the next few weeks consisting of test E 500mg per week for 10 weeks with proper AI and PCT. My question now is if I have to eat 3300 cals to gain weight currently, how much more will I have to consume while on my cycle? I've heard that unless you're eating big, the cycle will be a waste and I definitely don't want to waste it. Anyone know a good rule of thumb for this? I don't want to eat too much and get fat but I want to gain as much muscle as possible.
