Hey bros, when yoou guys bulk, how high do you let your BF% go. Im around 16-18% right now and im starting to feel like a fat ass.

lestatgear said:When bulking, I hang out around 12%. When cutting I try to get down around 8%. I try not to get too fat when bulking because I at least like to see some of the muscle. I may have to change that though because I'm having a hard time getting up past 210.
